The OMEGA Seamaster Olympic Games Limited Edition Set includes five watches which are inspired by the Rings of the Olympic Games and the design of OMEGA’s timekeeping stopwatches from the past.

Only 100 of these sets have been created and the special presentation box includes a miniature last-lap bell, made in the same Swiss foundry where the real bells are traditionally crafted.

“The 39.5 mm watches have been created in stainless steel, with the Limited Edition number engraved on the side of each case.”

Inspiration

Inspiration for the OMEGA Seamaster Olympic Games Limited Edition Collection comes from the OMEGA stopwatches from the Montreal and Innsbruck Olympic Games in 1976 served as inspiration for the design. A similar dial, with sporty hands and bold hour markers on black, set in sharp contrast to the minute-track on a white outer circle.

The Dial Design

The domed black and white dial also features a colourful pulse reader, with three narrowly-separated 20-second timing intervals, enabling the wearer to easily calculate their pulse beats-per-minute.

Olympic Legacy

Surrounding the Master Chronometer calibre 8800, the caseback includes an anodized aluminium ring with all known host cities and dates from OMEGA’s Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028.
