If you don’t have time to wait in for a courier or you would simply like to be looked after by our wonderful showroom team then ‘Click & Collect’ is for you.
Click & Collect orders will, in most circumstances be available to collect the next day after placing your order with us (if placed before 4pm), but in any event within 48 hours. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that’s the case we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.
You will be e-mailed and/or our showroom team will telephone you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your purchase(s).

Firstly, we must let you know no other persons are authorised to collect your order. We’re sorry if this inconveniences you in any way but it is a security safeguard for you and every customer.
• A copy of your order acknowledgement email
• A valid form of photographic identification (eg/ driving licence, passport)
• The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
Orders paid for using Interest Free Credit (V12) are also excluded from this ‘Click & Collect’ service.
