We’re certain that you’ll love your order, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your personal requirements and/or personalised items). Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt) and return the unworn item to us within 14 days. Regarding Pre-Owned watches, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.

In the first 30 days after purchase, you have the right to reject the goods. This means you can return an item that doesn’t meet the three criteria for a full refund.

This right doesn’t cover digital downloads, but you can ask for them to be repaired or replaced. If unsuccessful, you have the right to get a price reduction.

You can also call in to any of our Preston store to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note: Orders paid for using Paypal or Interest Free Credit need to be posted to the above *returns address in order for us to process your exchange or refund. Exchange or refunds are subject to the goods being returned in their unworn condition, with original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase.


Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or items ordered to your specific/personal requirements. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.


There are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.


We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured within our Whittles, 37 Fishergate, Preston store. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.


Our Whittles warranty covers you against any manufacturing or design faults for 12 months from purchase. This is applicable to every Whittles product. Branded products may have different warranties. The length of this warranty will vary depending on the brand. Please refer to your manual booklets and product specifications when purchasing your product or ask in our boutique. If your item needs to be repaired, it will require an assessment by the brand or manufacturer. Please visit our boutique with your product, and we will be able to advise on the care and maintenance it needs.
